Can I cancel the order before it has been shipped?

Yes sure, we can accept order cancellation if the product hasn’t been shipped yet. We also accept a return of company sealed products till the seal is intact and the packing hasn’t been tampered with. We cannot accept open boxes even if they have never been used.
